Chief Justice’s proposed revisions to Title 2 ignored

WINDOW ROCK — Chief Justice Herb Yazzie last week proposed language to revise the enacting resolution on the Title 2 amendments in a memorandum submitted April 14 to Navajo Nation Council Delegate LoRenzo Bates. However, the Nabik’iyati’ Committee did not take action on Yazzie’s recommendations, Bates said.
